I have a weak dose .5mg of Xanax get like 60 every 30 days but barely take half of them if that ... but since they upped my adderal my anxiety has went down a ton ... I was on other meds for years for add then went to adderal two years ago and was on 20mg a day for a about 18 months but was still having Radom panic attacks at night time, now it's 40mg a day and their pretty much gone
