Basketball ability and size aren't enough for me to say OH YEAH HE'D BE A BEAST. No. That's like saying Wes Welker would be good at soccer because he's small and quick. lol. Plus his giant size would more than likely make him less agile on turf. I doubt he could catch anything that isn't tossed to him like a basketball.
