He has a player option though I heard on a podcast. They made s great point. It might be smart of him to opt in pending the severity of his injury and walk after next year. Just a thought that sounded smart.

But I agree with OP. Shouldn't be up 3-0 in conference finals missing the best player in the league. Him being out and them continuing to win isn't really helping his legacy. I'd argue they're better without him. Its borderline pathetic
