I've considered that my body type and injury history predisposes me to high bar, but I've only only ever done low bar and this Starting Strength reboot I'm doing is going pretty damn well. I'll run a few sessions with a conscious effort on my arm position before thinking of transitioning. You high bar? What's the differential in strength, if any? Keep in mind I only lift to impress people at the gym and at Netcees.
