i believe the UFC drastically underpays their fighters. I believe Connor and the other top stars are the ones that are going to end up making the UFC pay the underlings more money. But in this instance Connor is not fighting for more money it seems. He's just wanting to be treated different/better than the other fighters. Fuck that. Get your ass out there and promote the fights like EVERY OTHER fighter is doing.
