during veg, you're trying to keep it green, so hit with the (N) naturally, make a compost tea of Fish fertilizer and cow manuer, or just cow manuer if you're cheap

You'll get the P & K from a compost tea of Furits left overs, any thing naturally sweet throw it in the compost tea for P, molasse works, use bananna's peals for the K, egg shell for the calicum, apply common sense and be creative and come up with your own cock tail, and use that to water the plants with
