Man sculpt/build im too tall to build the kind of muscle mass these guys can do. My roomate is a respectable 5'10 ish and if he gains like 10 lbs? man he looks like adds 2 inches on to his arms/chest/traps, Its freakish.

Yea i remeber u telling me that i got creatine monohydrate capsules. I take them before and after i lift I drink a crap ton of water. It helped for sure.
