Wow that's guys forreal, they've been having me use this shoulder wrap things that circulates ice water along with some electroshock at the same time for about 15 minsevery time iI go for physical therapy. They just started me on some arm bicycle thing then some short exercise with bands an shit. Always sore afterwards an since the injuries so old I don't know if its anythin that'll fix it or not

Like maybe I'm just a stubborn asshole but I just don't understand how my shoulder will ever recover and let me throw like I was able to 12 years ago ya know? Like it just seems so impossible that it would heal now when it hasn't done so yet
