they haven't fully tucked there tails between there legs but they have made it clear they don't want any problems as long as they can be respected as aresponsible nuclear state. So they've downplayed the threat on there end of war instability in the region but have not backed down on uranium enrichment.

yes @ uh oh but this move doesn't make them look like the aggressor. They're gonna be blown off the face of the earth sometime or another but it won't be because they were the aggressors unless it was made for them to look that way aka false flag.
