The Houses October Built is about extreme haunted houses and is a found footage film.

Exists is about bigfoot and is a found footage film.

The Town That Dreaded Sundown is a remake of the original movie and is a teen slasher flick similar to Scream and I Know What You Did Last Summer.

The Canal is one of the most celebrated sleeper horror movies atm. It is paranormal.

Quija I admittedly haven't seen but I get the impression that it's a major flop.

Deliver Us From Evil was a fantastic creepy movie dealing with possession.

VHS: Viral is the third installment in the VHS trilogy and is a found footage film similar to Trick R Treat, Tales From The Darkside, and Creepshow in storytelling.

Extraterrestrial is a refreshing take on alien abduction movies.
