Well, I schedule the battles in specific ways. For instance, there's a reason I had Certain and Destroyer battling each other again, and that I had you and Muff scheduled. Defiants record might not justify a contendership match, but he hasn't had one and has busted his ass all season. Beans hasn't had a contendership match, but a win over me would be huge for him.

Everything has a reason.
