I was off them for 9 months a couple of years ago but I drank a lot over christmas and I find it impossible to drink without smoking, so I got hooked again.

When I did it first time I just used my own willpower.

I think that's the best way to quit anything tbh I haven't even tried to quit since then lol I will though, soon.
