I'm somewhat of a hip-hop snob irl, mostly because I don't come across as someone who listens to as much rap/hip-hop as I do, and I rarely encounter people who are likewise. So I do the @Bags move and just nod my head and turn around when the time comes unless they drop a hint that they know what they're talking about. But on my fake life on NC, not so much, I tend to soak up what other people say about music more than try to assert my opinions.

the meat part is predictable. As for his jiujitsu, I feel safe assuming he is a top-game oriented practitioner, his build suggests he doesn't have the hip flexibility to be too dangerous from the guard against people of similar technique. I'd say he probably looks for sweeps more than subs. I'd guess his top subs would be arm triangles, arm bars, and any type of windpipe choke. @Diode to verify?
as for his dapper fashion, I feel like there's something else he's more snobbish about than that.
