I found this online, I want it.
This would be a great edition to your survival kit, or do you know of one better? http://cfx.supertorch.com/en/index.php |

Looks like a good light. The 18650 battery for field application though kinda worries me. I've got an ultrafire with the Cree XML-T6 in it and it is freakishly bright, couldn't tell you how far it goes but it's bright as fuck and it uses the 18650, shit is like a spotlight on steroids....ahem. Those batteries are imported mostly and much of the circuitry have overheating issues that haven't been worked out yet, specially with the chargers. I've had 2 of the casings actually rupture and leak inside of the battery housing unit. I use it as a base camp light but I don't fuck with anything in the field outside of AA and I use Eagletacs P100a2. Best light I've come across so much I've got 3 of em. This is the one that I have with the 18650
http://www.ebay.com/itm/UltraFire-20...item2a36002b02 17 bucks U.S, you'll get it in a few weeks. I recommend the Eagletac for the hand and a Zebralight for the head. |
