Relevant points to support case for biggest scumbag;

Strikta
- made his way within 20 minutes to a western union branch to collect approximately $15
- has had multiple abortions
- self proclaimed acts of coitus with a woman so obese it was a clinical diagnosis that she couldn't get out of bed
- leaves child at home with mother whilst he consumes copious amounts of alcohol and narcotics
- suffering from Aeroism, where the effected confuses race with that of the opposite colour, ie white to black or vice versa
- has multiple warrants out for his arrest
- looks like a face of meth

Rawn
- has commited acts of home invasions for power tools and garden utensils to support a habbit
- the term 'rawning' was invented around his character (see prop 17 in the NCPD field manual for further reference)
- also has multiple warrants out for arrest, including a domestic charge where he allegedly 'gave her them hands, b'
- blatant lies and ostentatious behaviour are on constant display when posts
- knows more than you about knowing more than you

I would like to summon a jury of their peers to choose which one of these men is deemed NCs scumbag 2013. If the prosecutor has forgotten any relevant points or if any guest witnesses (tonio/jean luc picard) wish to add to this hearing please feel free.
