Just to clarify bc u obv weren't around when sht went down originally and Australian

I did not 'hit' anyone

All I actually did as far as the charge goes is restrain or block

I had the actual marks that they took pictures of (lol)

Where I live (fla) domestic r taken very seriously bc ppl would get off or told to walk away n come back n kill the victim

Now if the ppolice r dispatched n it's a domestic it is mandatory someone goes to jail

In my case, me having a criminal history, being male, and not having been the one that called the cops, I was tthe one to go

The victim was called and is refusing to testify n in most cases when the state has no witness and no actual evidence these cases get dropped.

I am not concerned with the outcome with this case

The fear lies in it being negative contact with LE and the actual catching of a new charge it can/does constitute as a violation of probation

At which point they basically reopen the original cases verdict and levy the charges different then decided previously.

Meaning: they reinstate my probation, and I start over OR they can say serve x amount of hours and catch the conviction with time served OR say get fuck ed, and give u full extent of prosecution with all charges ran consecutive.

And

It's 30 days time served automatically before u see a judge upon arrest.
