Chance the Rapper is far and away making the best music of any rap act today. I don't think it's close. Kanye's the best artist of that genre but I think of him as apart from the rap scene.

I like Chance The Rapper a lot. But R.A.P. Music and Run The Jewels are better than Acid Rap and 10 Day. (I'd rank them 1. R.A.P. Music, 2. Acid Rap, 3. Run The Jewels, 4. 10 Day.)
