it's covert warfare. so if they were to do the exact same thing to us, we'd consider it an act of war. So if we are indeed having biological warfare with China, why not take out military targets instead of civilians? you get what I'm saying here. It's more of a discrete provocation than an outright act of war. They want them to make the first "public" move to make China seem like the aggressors. This has to do with the N.Korea thing imo. It's the U.S and Japan vs China and Russia with the latter backing N. Korea and U.S and Japan backing S. Korea. The puppets are making way for the puppet handlers to duke it out. until then the puppet handlers are just sending subliminals to eachother in the tabloids, figuratively speaking of course

This is very true.

Somehow a small part of me does wish for a face to face altercation with N. Korea, simply because, yes lives will be lost which will be a very sad thing, but Korea should be UNITED, it pains me to know how many millions of families are still torn apart by this nonsense. the Korean people are a beautiful culture, truly, and it is very sad irony to me that the Han people (which means "one") are divided. Violence over there would be scary and tragic as some of our boys would no doubt be involved but after we whoop their asses then the borders could come down and freedom could come to the DPRK. I know China would not like that, though, as they would lose yet another buffer between them and the western world
