I always thought Lovie Smith was underrated. He took the Bears to a Super Bowl with really no quarterback. Tampa Bay might shock some people next season. Hope they do tbh.

They have a lot of defensive talent, and those two will maximize that. But the offensive coordinator hire is crucial.
