I been thinking about how easily history can be rewritten and people just accept it and move on. Especially how people can try to envision the past with the new agenda-oriented eyes that they have adopted.

Take a song like "Hey Joe" by Jimi Hendrix, in this current climate that song would probably be banned as promoting violence towards women.

I also would not be surprised if old episodes of the Dukes of Hazard aren't digitally remastered to change the image on the roof of the car to something more culturally accepted across the spectrum.

Freedom of expression is clearly under fire and yet people still refuse to believe that we are heading towards a government similar to a communist one.

history that is taught in school is pretty much fabricated and has created a false sense of patriotism, it is absolutely disgusting.. the american government needs to crumble.

I was being sincere in my questions. iF flying that flag doesnt mean a history of lynching, discrimination, hatred, and this idea that whites are superior to all other races and some how spics and niggers and just animals. This is my view pf that flag or atleast what ive been taught/seen/heard about the confederate flag. Maybe im ignorant in that thought. go look at some of the middle eastern children scorched by Obama's drone strikes and see how quickly you feel like banning the American Flag as well as the Nobel Peace Prize as symbols of hate and suffering.

All this shit is about how you look at things, having a confederate flag isn't going to bring slavery back. I don't care if people collect Nazi flags, it was part of history. Shit means different things to different folks, but I ain't never been through slavery and I don't know anybody who can tell me about it.
