For pity's sake, I kick this ditty for bums on misty grates
and other chums drinking whiskey in this glistening cityscape
Living risky, getting filthy, a daily plan for the lesser man
nothing better than, finding pity in the palm of a
beggar's hand
surrendered plans of a better life, we're from the gutter, right?
cuz under night I'll mug your mother with a fuckin butter knife
take another's life, we're living grungy just tryin to get money
so damn hungry, I'd eat the lice from your head like a monkey
don't touch me, I carry disease and STDs you never knew of
cuz these used sluts with huge guts just love to get boozed up
and do drugs, its all the same to enrage my inflammed liver
chug straight liquor, who cares, I'd fuckin drink paint thinner
to pass the day quicker, then try to panhandle a sandwich
streetfight with some manbitch, and pass out in a damn ditch
that's how I am, and these new jacks are tryin to demean me
but believe me, kid, I'll beat you to death with your squeegee
we're all needy, a bunch of derelicts, hobos and transients
on some fancy shit, consider a flaming barrel some ambience
so grant me this, just cuz I'm indigent don't make me ignorant
I may be pitiful, but I eat because the world's not pitiless
