this is for anybody who is willing to try this. First: Find a place that is comfortable where you won't be interrupted. Use a chair or bed. Make sure it is comfortable and the room temperature is okay. Lie down in bed or sit in a chair. Second: Close your eyes and set your intention to have a harmonious OBE. Start diagrammatically breathing. Become aware of your body and how more and more relax you become with each breath. Start at your toes and relax them, then work your way up and to your scalp. Third: Use a ten count technique for breathing. Inhale and count to ONE. Exhale and count to TWO. Breath in, 3, breath out, 4, breath in, 5, breath out, 6, breath in, 7, breath out 8, breath in, 9, breath out, 10. Once you reach ten start at one again. If you lose count simply start at one again or where you left off. Fourth: As you continue to breathe, see and feel your inner self or astral body being pulled from and leaving your body. As your breathe in, your astral body moves out and up a bit more. As you exhale your spirit is cemented in how much you have left your body. Keep breathing, feeling and visualizing. Fifth: You may begin to involuntarily feel a pull from your body and you may hear a static sound in your ears. This is normal and good. Keep going. Set a place you would like your astral body to go to. Sixth: Relax and let go. Enjoy your experience. Go where you want to go and go there for that allotted time. Ask for safety and for you to feel the safety that is always around you. Be aware that you might experience sleep paralysis when you return to your body and attempt to wake up, but it is rare.

Do this before you sleep, you cannot perform this if you are wide awake.

There isnt a step by step process to follow, this may workfor you but fail miserably for someone else. Just saying. I personally find the rope technique useful.

The rope technique is just a visual to help you seperate from your body thats just one step into the 6 steps.
You can visualize in whatever way you want as long as its clear, but to visualize you need to be in the final stages of astral projection. these steps take you threw the first stages of astral to the last you can't just go from 1 to 100 theres different stages you have to go threw. This breathing technique is to help you stay awake subconsciously while your body falls asleep, once you pass this stage you can use the rope technique(or any technique) to seperate from your body.

Thats like saying if I close my eyes and visualize my soul climbing a rope it's gonna come true.
