I've been thinkin f just going full sandwich, but I'm scared I'm going to lose weight

I don't drink bs anymore. Only tropicana or welchs grape juice or water and that's it

Cept liquor and beer of course

white bread is really bad for you. atleast make it wholemeal or brown. do you use butter? well obviously that isn't good either. and tropicana is terrible for you, it's highly processed and all the flavour is added chemically.. if you are trying to lose weight it also contains ridiculous amounts of sugar.

atm i drink 90% filtered water and i don't eat any processed foods. i feel better than i ever have, thinking of switching to having a breakfast of dark green juice. as it metabolises very quick and contains no dead calories and is high in nutrition.

fruit has a lot of sugar in it so if you taken in too much, it doesn't matter that it came from fruit originally
yeah, it's better than taking in a bunch of high fructose corn syrup, but it's still sugar

put it this way.. mcdonalds claims to be 100% chicken, they don't tell you the genetically modified chickens have been bred in terrible conditions sitting in their own excrement, so weak they cannot take a step. then in the butchery process washed it in ammonia so it's all pink..etc
