Description
The "ID8" series is about "Ideation" - creative writing. Designed to help break down the walls - whether for overcoming basic writers block or for subjugating a motherfucking style or trend, and overcoming a hater or friend. worst case scenario - these are "namix reminders" - they WILL help those who can discern it, but if nothing else, i'll effin remind myself... because in the end, i made a very specific style work on sites that it should not have -- and it worked BEST when i cared LESS. [iD8] Let go of the Outcome. Dear You, Remember to FORGET about what is expected, or what you think is expected. There is a SIGNIFICANT difference between what is expected in the short-run and respected in the long ones. Write for the reason you originally began. Doing anything else to ensure you keep up with a modern-day trend or some shit is going to, at best, make you 'accepted in an era'. Learn from the era, there is always more to learn - but only grow from it so long as you recognize there are some writers that made whole eras grow from them. The writers that change shit are the ones that write from their heart --- never waiver. Be willing to take true feedback, challenge yourself to understand that feedback and overcome your own ego --- but don't worry about the lame ass trends of today or yesterday. DON'T worry about concepts being accepted, it is that worry which inevitability only hinders the concept. Take your swag back. From, Me
