Rules

  March 7th 2013 11:59 PM PST.
• Voting ends Sunday 11:59 PM PST.
• Battles that lack votes may close later.
• One sided battles may get closed early.
• Extensions are normally 24 hours
  (unless requested otherwise, that is),
  can be no longer than 36 hours
  and have to be granted by your opponent.

Line Limit:

• Min. = 10 lines
• Max. = 16 lines
• The max. can be higher if different is agreed upon by both.

good battle, alot of generic lines tho, would of liked to seen more personals. Hollys verse was alot smoother imo, windowcleaner line was dope. Muff wording wasnt as good as usual, some of his shit seemed kinda basic tho, like the euthanasia n over the hill line. First 4 lines were dope tho. Close battle but i think holly takes this with smoother wording and harder punches.

Flow/rhythym/multies and wording was on point as usual, I have to say this wasn't your best showing concept wise though... in a 16 line verse I wanna see more personals than what you had... Elder scrolls was kind of a personal I suppose, but could have been set up better for that aspect of it... you didn't really have misses but for the most part they were just OK/cool... window line was the only one that really stood out to me.... I mean 16 lines of OK/cool with no misses is a pretty solid showing, but from YOU I had expected a couple more standouts

Muff:

Flow and swag were very good and your wording/flips for the most part made for harsh punchlines. Flips were creative as well. The level of your concepts was much more varied. You had the closer which was clever and the muff caught an L which although not 100% technically sound was close enough and the punch was funny and harsh... those 2 were standouts.... buuut, then you had Euthenasia (played) and Phallus-see (played and corny). The rest was cool/decent.


Kind of close but Holly had the LOTB and no real misses, Muff had 2 I thought missed and his 2 standouts weren't quite as good... although generally speaking I think his wording for punches (harshness) and creativity of the flips was better than Holly's, he just didn't have as good concepts to word/flip overall on this occassion.

muffin crease was a cool concept but it just didn't turn out well imo. dr seuss was kind of funny but any rap wordplay is a no. elder scrolls was dope, road trip was just okay, private eye was fresh in my eyes. 5 year window was fire. idk why u added the closers they just seemed rushed and basic.

opener was okay. caught an l was dope. youth in asia hell no meng. i've seen more than a few head/beer foam lines, so nah. phallus played. through the muck was cool. hollywood sign bar was good idk if it's been used on him but if it has the flip would still be pretty clever.

muff had more misses with some used concepts, seems u both slacked but it still produced some ill lines

Decent battle, I don't feel like either of you was as good as you could have been. Nameplays are hard against guys named Muff and Holly, considering everyone has prolly heard every variation. That euthanasia line would have been ill, but you didn't connect the wordplay. euthanasia puts people to sleep, and you didn't include that in your punch.

close as hell, so I gotta go by who's verse I enjoyed reading more. Both use cool rhyme schemes to propel their bars towards the punches, so again, this aspect is also close. Holly's closers were not flattering, he should have put one of his quotes on the end tbh. I'ma have to go wit Muff, even tho you failed to make euth as dope as it could have been.

cool battle here. Holly had elder scrolls, numbing agents and windowcleaner that were pretty new to me..the rest werent bad.Muff had some nice stuff but it was spread out, cottonelle ive seen done quite a bit, but i liked how tied it in, over the hill was a nice hit too. what hurt you here was just some of the played ish really.
