I think he got that from being bow legged & ALWAYS running & jumping.. think about it tho.. u see how he strides & is always jumping.. the constant pressure of that on his feet HAS to be what did it.

He has other pics where they look just as jacked.

It's like he doesn't even need/use that middle index toe tho.. the ball of his foot has stretched & the big toe has curved inward to compensate for that area of the foot. The edge of his foot seems to have formed a callous near the pinky toe too, thus compensating for that area of the foot as well.

I can see how it kinda doesn't affect him that much, or at all.
