favorite pre workout/nootropic
What's everybody's fav pre-workout and nootropic and why? I was hoping for something with pump and extreme energy but no jitters for pre workout and something that increases baseline mental clarity through some sort of unique compound or herb with the nootropic.
On a sidenote If anybody's heard of SARMS they are legit and almost no sides/minimal suppression just a lil acne and mad gains

As far as nootropics idk I looked into then like 5yrs ago and consensus seemed to be pretty clearlybagainst their effi***y
