About to start back watching UFC. Was into boxing for awhile. Who should i watch?

Dan Henderson was a beast.
Ya know, imo, the UFC is really at a turning point right now since they sold off. A lot of up and coming fighters. As much as I dislike him Conor McGregor is about to try and be the 3rd (fact check?) fighter in UFC history to win a title in multiple classes
