Never been addicted honestly. I can pick it up an put it down at a moments notice. Although last summer I broke up w this bitch I was seeing for a while....broke da gods heart.....chain smoked 2 packs a day for a month. Never gonna get those years back on my life. Pricey too. For shame. Stay strong my dude. Healthy is the new bad ass.

I quit cigs over 2 years ago.
They were killing me, became an expensive habit for the nicotine instead of enjoyment like they used to be.
The smell also covers up weed nicely.

Had an ulcer, lung probz, used to be an athlete smh.

Bad thing is, after quitting those, (and barely smoking anything including weed during 2014).

Nowadays I am into the Black&Mild tipped-cigar things.
They just taste so good and are so smooth.
But are prob even worse for lungs than cigs.

I can quit them at a moments notice, and also start back up at a moments notice.
So I'm on and off, but when I'm on it's pretty heavy.

Don't smoke tobacco kids.

And most ppl who've quit have cravings when they drink...
Mine is when I smoke weed. Nothing better than inhaling some nicotine after blazin.

I should really invest in vaping or w/e.
We'll see.

but yea vaping and shit is basically cheating. i've never actually took a puff off a vape pen, be it nicotine or thc so i can't really compare, but if i had no cigs and had a nicotine device that allows me to blow smoke/vapor i think i wouldn't lose my shit

i plan on quitting when i'm 30 or so. just to save money really. i've been buying cartons again, i did roll my own for awhile and im not AVERSE to that from a taste perspective they weren't bad, but the act of rolling them is like wtf. i mean i got the machine and it spits out perfect cigs, but it still takes like a half hour to make a bunch. so i've just been buying store boughts

but its basically 60 a carton, x4 which is 240 a month

which is a ridiculous bill when compared to even my next highest monthly payment - electricity which is like 100 a month.

so i enjoy cigs and gave myself a deadline.

the only rough part is everything i do is enhanced by them. when im making beats i got cigs going, when im playing games i'm ciggin, after meals, while shitting, etc. it is ingrained.

i can get over the physical addiction easy enough, its gonna be the mental habits that are roughest

when i had surgery and was laid up for a few days i didnt touch one or the nicotine patch and didnt even feel an urge. but i was out of my enviornment completely. as soon as i left the hospital and got in a car it clicked like yo i smoke in cars gimme a CIG

I get trigger points during the day, or did at least, like waiting on a bus to work or hitting lunchtime and I'd usually walk out and spark up

finish work and id do the same

after dinner of a night time I'd spark up

its habit forming

breaking that habit is key

I'm 30 now fyi so I figured it time I quit too haha
