anybody had to use disability before

I'm tryna figure out when I'm gonna get approved an how much bullshit I gotta deal with before hand.
Been restricted from work for about a month now because of a wrist an shoulder injury from work. Dr said I'm restricted, an my company doesn't allow you to work with restrictions, so my Dr said fuck it your not allowed to work till you're 100%.
Metlife from what I hear are some garbage cocksuckers that deny everything atleast 3 times.
I've never been hurt before (as far as the Dr's know) so I don't know what to expect or how to speed this shit up cuz its getting rough not having my normal income.
Any ideas?

That's what ive heard too, something like 60% which is like maybe 400 a week max for me
But that's better than nothin till I can get whatever's wrong with me fixed since the Dr refused to clear me
