...........but most people in the same circles I frequent have been hip to this as being common knowledge since 2001 when I fell into all of this stuff. Really makes you wonder as far as transparency of information goes when they make things common knowledge to the public. Like they'll be capable and have the technological means to do something they report in 2004 as "won't be ready for like 15 years" but the program is live "covertly" at the time of the report smh.
