i know nothing about this case other than a couple youtube videos, this one and one where the father of the slain was saying his son was an actor and that his friends all went to college and weren't thugs.

yet it seems they ran from police and fired at police while running.

the media however pushes for racial divides so people already preconditioned to view the cops as rampaging murderers of black youths, automatically think the cops are at fault. without looking at anything surrounding the incident.

i'm rarely on the side of cops in these things. my love for black men is documented. no homo. pause.

He's basically saying that not all black lives that have been taken by police have beeen innocent. Which I already knew that. But most people are to stupid to "wake up" and realize that there are male African Americans who think the same way this kid did "fuck police I'm runnin if I see them. Fuck police I'm bustin when I see them" - or w/e the fuck he said. Young adults of color resent and despise cops. Not because cops are doing wrong, but because cops are doing their job. Of course your homeboy got caught dealing on the street, he's a fuckin idiot. If he's dumb enough to do that then he's dumb enough to get caught. Cops are stopping gang violence and drug dealing and the youth today see THAT as a PROBLEM. "DAWG YOU STOPPIN MY HUSTLE" well, get a real fucking job and make potentially more money in the long run you asshat. He's sitting there making music promoting the death of police and running from them and people are looking at the cops as if they've done something wrong for getting HIM off the streets. Amazing.

On the other hand, there are many instances where a black man who's completely innocent has had their lives taken from them due to police being over aggressive. Why are they over aggressive you ask? Because look at how many of today's youth want them dead. You go out into a ghetto and more than half will tell you they would shoot at police if they are trying to stop them from doing a CRIME. so yeah I get why cops would be more aggressive. But it's a cops responsibility to assess the situation at hand and know wether or not to use deadly force, and sometimes that's hard because 1. They are improperly trained. 2. They've already went into the situation thinking they are going to be attacked. If a motherfucker is telling you "DONT SHOOT" then DONT SHOOT. And if a person is in fact reaching for something that DOES NOT MEAN automatically kill them. Ever heard of shooting a leg? An arm? Not all situations have to end in death.

So yeah he was keeping it real. He just didn't say it right.
