NCs is officially back with one of these posts.
Wednesday's episode featured copious use of snapper. Guess what was on sale today? Red Snapper en Papillote ensues: before...   after...    for the wine snobs (lol do we srsly have any?) Fetzer was the only Traminer that Teeter had.. and the only white I can tolerate. Used it in the recipe so I used it in my belly.
