October 1st is the deadline. I've been talking about this stuff for almost a year now. October 1st is the deadline. FEMA districs/zones have been on a 90 day alert since July for whatever this is. This vast allocation of resources in such a short period of time with a deadline is very concerning and I won't be around much due to the implications.
