im starting it tomorrow
FUCK IT will report back with scurvy as needed. im reading most people basically go all beef though. but FUCK THAT. i'm doing everything. if it comes from an animal im eating it. fuck keto. i'm eating CHEESE bitches my problem is gonna be fats though. because i don't fuck with fat. but i think the answer to that QUERY is BACON. i'm thinking basically every morning, a couple eggs and half a pound of bacon. FUCK IT. then whatever i eat the rest of that day will help offset and supplement it. also with the decreased cravings and SUCH i probably won't eat as much. but just gonna fuck up steaks/pork chops/chicken etc. to keep mixing it up. i already don't fuck with veggies. and this is an excuse to quit pretending. the problem is gonna be giving up carbs. i was gonna go keto, but i was basically changing out breads and pastas for lettuce and spinach and shit. why not just remove all that nonsense altogether colon cancer here i come

I typically substitute carbs with asparagus or broccoli.
I fuck with spinach as well, tho. I pretty much have been doing this carnivore shit just no bacon. Don't like Bacon. But a lot of chicken and all cuts of beef and pork. No carbs. I do sneak oatmeal in the Am, tho lol. |

eh, everything i have read/watched/listened to seemingly point to a PURELY carnivorous diet not being a good idea, physiologically at least, in the long term. like you said there is a profound lack of some basic nutritional necessities humans need to live optimally. we're omnivores by nature.
BUT if you have health insurance and pursue this, make sure to have bloodwork done every couple months or so. thats a fair indicator of where you should be aiming your dietary compass. if you are a fan of coconut milk/butter/oil and almond or peanut products, you can definitely supplement lots of your meals with these to meet your fat requirements. you're not stuck with bacon and cheese. not that these are unpleasant options at all. good luck. kinda gotta get creative, and also manifest some real discipline to overhaul your entire method of eating overnight. eliminating refined sugar is the REAL kicker. you'll feel the difference almost immediately if you were really chugging Coca Cola like you've mentioned.

i probably won't go way overboard though, like ive been taken mens one a day vitamins and shit i won't stop that. so if i get too deficient i'll at least have that
but to pretend like i know or care where my cholesterol is at, or whatever other nonsense would be disingenuous since im 28 and have never had it checked once. i just assume when i've been laid up they looked and seen im not diabetic and don't have aids etc. i'd assume they'd mention it although im sure i have high blood pressure, because its been high every single time its ever been checked i just keep slamming blood through these veins though. who wants low blood pressure. i just take it as my heart is a beast and is slamming it where its needed

Your right, it's an acquired taste tho...I like it but it's too rich for me & the fact that Kangaroo is even more full on well yeah...I just can't stomach it.Also Lamb, I can't eat that...I don't mind the taste somewhat but the smell of it just makes me wanna up chuck, it's like hot food...I love it but shit hates me, those Indian dishes where all you can taste is heat & only that without any flavor literally makes me feel unwell.
