any tips? ive tried this before didint work out to well i smoke like 2 packs a day ... perhaps not even quitting just gotta cut pack

If youre smokin two packs a day and you wanna quit then you need to really just limit your smokin. Dont quit cold turkey. And I love smokin but I ain't payin everyday to smoke two packs. Fuck that

that's like 2 per hour, if you never slept assuming you sleep at least 6 hours

assuming again you have a job, where probably get a combined maximum of 45 minutes out of your in your 8 hour day, maybe less -

you probably smoke about 4-5 an hour when you're not at work?

from having recently quit cold turkey - i don't think you're ready

when I quit, I literally despised the idea of smoking. it was gross to me, and whenever I smoked I felt like shit, mentally.. like wtf am I doing this for, this is fucking stupid, etc.

if you're enjoying the cigs you aren't going to be able to just put them down cold turkey

U have to seriously WANT to quit for it to work... self discipline is everything then some.

But yeah.. that's a $14 a day habit that dude has. Smh.

lol I dont really care about the money aspect of it.. I got a nice job so that dont bother me.. lol but yea i think its starting to kill me haha
