..goddamn i thought i was gonna have a heartattack. But the stroke and crossover game still there. I just need to play more to get my coordination. Back to what it was. So they invited me to play evwry tues and friday and ahit. Which is dope. Decent dudes up thete. I got blisters on my feet from running. So out of shape with cardio man wtf.

I ran a 3v3 half court a couple weeks ago for the first time in 5 years thought i was gonna die. Definitely miss every bit of it. Need to stop smoking 2 packs a day and get in the gym again

Ya im not smoking as much but goddamn my legs are feeling the burn. I love it. Miss running ball. Its about to be a regular thing for me again. Trying to get back to or close to where i was when i ran everyday. Ya boy was dope

I played ball with my cousins a few weeks back for the first time in like 8-9 years. I used to school them niggas all day. Man I got circles run around me this time. So out of breath,every bone hurt lol.

I was limping for like a week hahaha. So much fun tho.

Exactly yo lmao. I was like wtf is wrong with me man hahaha. I was pretty nice to with the handles and jason williams dishes. Had tons of fun played for money in philly all the time in my highschool years. But goddamn that shit whooped my ass yesterday. Im going to work shortly and im sore as a whore
