i started lifting a few months back, was letting myself go. getting skinny fat, which was just lazy

i've been doing these High Altitude Training Classes. they're tough. you're shut in a chamber that has high levels of altitude with really low levels of oxygen so it gets really hard to breathe. can't even fake the class either because they have a heart monitor on you so it measures how hard you're pushing yourself

I did just do 10 sets of 10 pullups with ease.

I think I have just focused my strength differently. I need to increase my olympic lifts for sure.
