i read that you have to have a house or apartment before you can conduct heists online.
after that it's as simple as finding people on gaming websites and getting them to your online apartment to plan a heist

yeah but you can get one online pretty quick
beating them all in order is an extra million and on hard, with the same group, in order, is 10 mil
