ok we made it to the final four of the biggest tourney in text. it';s been a long road with some amazing battles. last round was insane with strikta versus dom coming down to a single vote determined by genocide it was definatly a match to remember. karpis gave philly his first legit L and mets finally decided to show and stick with it long enough to actually be a force in this tourney. as for the finals who the fuck knows its anyones guess but goodluck to you all

Strikta is Netcee's favorite wigger. He uses "da" and "dis" to give his verses an urban flair. He rocks fitted hats & leaves the sticker on to let you know if he could be black he would. He should be the easiest person to defeat he gives up so much of his life in the discussion forum. I'm disappointed in Dominate to say the least. As far as his battle skills he's coolish but definitely still mid tier. He was able to think of some decent concepts in his last battle. That city bus line made me wish I thought of it like I wish I could go back in time before that battle and tell his father to pull out.

I think karpis showed no signs of rust here and literally had every bar hit while i think philly may of underestimated him a little and gave up the W . karpis takes the win

after a shitload of trash talk karaoke kind of under performed here, I expected him to bring a real harsh verse and he ended up just being ok while joe really stepped up to the plate and delivered his best verse of the tourney and takes the W



beyond vs allen knight

I think this battle was dope as fuck, I think it was better then the votes showed but bey came with straight fire and i can see why people thought he pulled off the w and he won

match of the week and possibly the tourney, this was ridiculously close i had to close it with one vote up because its goten more votes then any other battle in the sc, with that being said both battlers gave a retardedly nice showing, i wish neither had to lose and they could both advance, but they cant and strikta came thru with the w in a really dope match

Joe Metts vs. Strikta

When this entire thing started I did not expect eigher to represent their section of the bracket. Reasons being that Joe Metts never stays motivated enough and usually no shows like the 2nd or 3rd battle into a tournament if he even focuses and stays interested that long. For Strikta, I've always said he's dope and is top tier when he wants to be. And guess what, your boy Meth was right again.. I said he'd beat Dom. Ya boy Meth was right again. But the reason I didn't expect Strikta to get this far is that he gets lazy, just like Joe and drops something that just isn't up to his usual level of writing. And he's finally changing that, he's learning textual responsibility and I credit that to homeboy Strikta having a child. No more cat shit muffin like verses, he's grown up right before our eyes. Anyway, this is going to be fire, both should come motivated and if they don't I will redirect their accounts to fucking gay ballerina porn or some shit. This battle means a lot to both of these dudes text careers. If Metts were to win this and go on to win the tourney it would re establish him as one of the best textcees in the last 10 years, and no one could give him the "what have you done for me lately spiel". Plus maybe he'll be crowned NBL champ and get HoF on some Calefaction shit. For the homie Timmy Constrikta, it could FINALLY establish him as top tier and he could be a legitimate thread in every single tournament he enters from the rest of his Text career. I don't know, Strikta's style is so unique that it is usually hit or miss for the voters. Some may love it and some may hate it but that just comes with the territory of having a different execution strategy. Joe Metts has some of the freshest concepts always, and he never fails to have a heavy hitter or four in his verses. I'd say that Metts has the edge, but we saw last round that doesn;t mean shit against Strikta. This is hopefully gonna be fire, I hope they go like 20 or more.

Beyond vs. Alvin Karpis

Cyclops vs. Block Head. These two have battled more times that Paris Hilton's been called a dirty fucking lunatic whore. The last time I know for a fact they battled was back at NC 1.0 in a Swag and Flow Tournament champ match. But I do believe they've battled since and I fucking know they battled 899 times before that as well. Karpis is the defending Summer Classic champion after beating God of War in the finals last summer. Beyond has never made it this far in a Classic I do believe but he's won his fair share of tournaments and battles over fellow top tier competition. Just like the last battle this means a lot for these 2 dudes text legacies. For Beyond, he copuld finally get over the hump, beat Karpis, go on beat Metts or Strikta and win the biggest tournament of the year confirming his Hall of Fame status.It's not going to be easy though. For Alvin however, if he becomes not only the first person to win 2 Summer Classics, but also does it in back to back fucking years than he is Hall of Fame, no doubt about it, I will make his Hall of Fame thread myself I don't give a fuck. Cale was in for 1 SC, Karp would definitely be in for 2. Anyway, I'm getting off topic. Karpis became the only person to ever beat Philly on Netcees last week. And it didn't even seem like one of his best verses. Beyond beat Allen Knight in a bit of a back and forth battle. It's going to be interesting to see who wins this one. Alvin Karpis specializes in hard hitting heavy punches but sometimes lacks consistency through out. Beyond however, is technically sound as fuck and is always consistent. I think since these dudes have battled so many times consistency will indeed be the key for the winner in this one, and if you look at what I just said that gives the edge to Bey. HOWEVER, PLOT TWIST. Beyond has never been able to seal the deal in a big tournament besides Fall Brawl, but he did that by no show (Although he did beat Blue Bayou in a 50 line battle in the semis but whatever) And Karpis has proven that he can in fact do just that. So because of that I call the battle...
