As I've said before I have one 10 lb dumbell that I've been curling since I only have one I interchanged between sets(I think that's what they called) anyway I've been doing 50 each arm. Should prolly be 25 per set but I go 20 30 I've noticed my arms seemin to get bigger but I feel like I'm doin sum wrong? Help me bros @Split @Diode
