Diode I admire that you are a reader of Seeking Alpha. The marijuana industry will take a hit if the SEC wants to be more scrupulous on MJ stocks. Last month was horrible and so far this month MJ sector is doing worse. Look, it's a nascent industry most of the companies are micro without much on the balance sheet or income statement. That being said PHOT will rebound after a massive sell off. I've sold my position in PHOT a while back. MJ stocks have hit their first rough patch and if the SEC want more accurate reporting from these companies they just won't get it and prices will continue to fall. People who buy MJ stocks are putting their bets on future valuation so of course it will seem over priced right now the hype is too strong.

Anyways PHOT and other Good MJ stocks will be fine.

btw I'm shorting a few MJ stocks so I'm still making money.
