How to trace back the family tree

Does anyone know how?

I want to find out where I came from like 500 years ago.

Is there a simple way to do this?

Any country/region without a history of poultry domestication would be your best bet. You may actually belong to a distant race of chicken spot humanoids.

All I'm saying is don't count out the possibility.

its tough bro. you gotta really dig into shit. i know ancestry.com has a thing, for 100 bucks they send a cotton swab or whatever, you swipe your inner cheek with it and mail it back and from your dna they kinda put percentages on a map showing where your heritage lies

but really you can ask your parents and relatives as well. ive never dropped the 100 on ancestry, ive just googled family names and from info ive gathered from family members have determined mine

All I know is I come from Italy and Austria, I wanna know if I am Roman or from slaves from another nation etc. Is that DNA swab thing legit? Id drop $100 on it just for the knowledge
