The owner's making it into high-end condos.. & of course high-end condos can't have graffiti/art all over them.

the adult in me sees the viewpoint of the property owner. it's HIS property, he owns it, if this is in his best interest financially (and that is why he retains the property after all) then the graffiti has to go. he obviously let it slide for quite some time.

I would agree that this is a shame, it's awesome to look at...but I would also point out that at the end of the day it is just paintings and it doesn't really matter.
