Default BAGS this is the routine I do

Like I said its fashioned for me and works wonders for me. Give it a go for a month if you are truly interested let me know how it goes.

All exercises are 3 sets of 10 reps. You want to max out at 10 obv. 60-90 seconds rest between sets.

MONDAY - BACK
Seated Row - Pull to stomach NOT chest


Lat Pulldowns


Deadlift


Good Morning


Bent Over Row


Seated Row 2 - Pull to chest NOT stomach

Tricep Pulldown


Close Grip Bicep Curl - Use Barbell


Skullcrushers - Some people do on flat bench, others use decline bench for longer range of motion


Hammer Curl

SAT OR SUN SHOULDERS & TRAPS

UPRIGHT ROW - use a barbell


SHOULDER PRESS


SHOULDER RAISE(i think thats what its called
start at your side and raise up to the height in the pic


FRONT SHOULDER RAISEuse a weight plate and do 20 reps for this one
lift it from your dick to above your head


SHRUGSyou can use dumbell or barbell whichever you're more comfortable with
I use barbell to load it with more weight
