Ever read a bar in a verse against you and thought, 'that's the dumbest shit I've ever heard' and wanted to tell them so? Well, this is the chance for uterus pond. Flips, comebacks, rebuttals, feeding, all are welcomed, encouraged and will favor heavily in the voting process. Here's how it will work...

Battles will post with a randomly chosen participant to start.
1 bar minimum, 2 bar max for every post.
Your opponent will have 24 hours of the time of your bar(s) to reply, but can do so earlier if they chose.
You will have 24 hours from the time of their bar(s) to reply, but can do so earlier if you chose.
There will be no limit to the amount of times you can go back and fourth.
Battles will close Sunday at 12EST. There will be 48 hours to allow for voting. New battles will be posted every Thursday. No extensions or exceptions.

Who likes voting? Put your hand down, Fraze. It will NOT be required. A panel of 4 judges will DM me their decision on each battle. BUT DULL WHAT IF IT'S A TIE?! While voting will NOT be required... voting is allowed and the winner of community votes will count as ONE vote toward the ultimate winner of the battle. Don't get it (Amen)? Have someone who does explain it to you.

I'll have 1 or 2 people helping with weekly mags that will include an interview, a battle of the week, bars of the week, league rankings, battle breakdowns and it's where the winners of that week's battles will be announced. I'll have help from 1 or 2 people but I'll be handling a majority of it, so expect a lot of YouTube clips of movies and snarky commentary. Also, occasional impressions or features of or from Zuch's guacamole holying wife.

Sounds like a lot of work that no one will make the commitment to stick with.

There's currently a pool of 6 judges, 4 of which will vote on any given week. I'm expecting more will volunteer as time goes on, but I'd rather it remain anonymous so there isn't crying about credentials and reputation.

The main issue with every league or tourney is always voting and participation. 6 people thus far have volunteered to read nearly EVERY battle and vote. Battle breakdowns will happen in the mag based on judge's comments, community votes and my personal opinion.

The judge system is set up to avoid bitching about having to vote or the results of votes. If you're too sensitive to take a loss in this way then feel free to skip signing up. No one's forcing you.

Go with it and see what happens or sit it out and watch.

It's okay to keep judges anonymous but if they aren't making their votes public in real time it doesn't really help the credibility of the process.

It basically ends up being a dull boy vote. A result without insight or justification. (No hate tho, I think this is a cool idea in general). You should have the judges post votes under aliases or something. Idk. Good luck tho.

Judge’s vote count and any remarks they chose to give beyond their vote will be relayed into the battle’s breakdown in the weekly mag.

I have no reason to give a shit who wins or how the judges vote. I’m 37 years old and most of the people on the board are full grown men. I’ve never been in the game of mincing words or being bias on battles, regardless of who’s battling... but I will only be one vote of 5.

This is essentially a one on one weekly diss the guy above you thread with an emphasis on playing off their bar. I’m curious to see how this concept plays out when the competitive juices start flowing from having someone shit on your bar. If both battlers are responding quickly it could end up as a long ass battle.

Imagine if/when this shit comes down to two battlers in a final and both are going back and fourth multiple times per day for 3 days. Could make for some entertaining battles. We’ll see if we get that far. Up to those participating to make this work.
