Arguably you should be more concerned that the only thing you can be sure of is your own existence. Even how you look is open to debate, you could be in a mental institute typing this nonesence on a etchysketch.. Now that's a sobering lonely thought. It's also probably more likely then you think. The probability you have serious mental health issues is far more likely then that there was a big bang an the exact combination of variables existed that allowed for you and the human race to exist in the way you understand.
