thought it would be a good game to divide NC into bosses and nonbosses

basically you have to keep it real in here in order for it to work

those who aren't management level in their jobs are the nonbosses

rest of us are and we get to talk down to the rest of the board like the assholes we are, not limited to this thread either but the whole disc board

consider it a new tier level for the site

what if we nominated someone to be PRESIDENT here for the year like the election campaign?

everyone puts forward why the deserve to be picked and what they promise to do/bring to the board over the next twelve months etc

we elect a winner, they're president for a year (if they go AWOL etc we treat it like they've been assassinated and re-elect)
