Rather have it happen now than later. Ginn was slowed by a hamstring and they lost Whittaker so nothing left but Tolbert and the rook. No run game, no offensive balance.

You're being obtuse. That was my point. Divisional games are on an island. Atlanta got two shots at Carolina and as the only decent team in the division talent-wise besides the Panthers, any sane Carolina fan figured this would probably be the one.
