Scratching the surface, bleeding as I write away
Drowned in the sound, surfing on a tidal wave
Sands through my hand, slipping with the light of day

Stabbing wounds in a womb to carry the seed
The birth of thought, blooming, I'm buried beneath—
The root of all evil, and now its married to me
All bark and not a bite from the family tree
Let's pretend we're all peachy, syrupy sweet

Popping pills/taking notes hoping nobody sleeps . . .

Cimmerian - A charming quarter. Even though it's not a quartet. Cool conceptual writing and a nice flow to go along with it. An oldschool, CYNE type of feel with traditional lyrical vibes. Overall, tight.

Lars - You integrated some complexity into this piece, in reference to the underlying metaphor about vultures in music culture regurgitating content and spinning it as original. Not an innovative idea in itself, but you did it with merit. The rhyming was stellar, as was the pacing.

I'm voting for Cimm here. His verse was a little more refreshing and less congested. Good match!

Cimm- this shut was smooth and liked the internals and the ploy of them to nevwr sleep on u. I liked the diction and direction u were heading tbr.

Lars- the vulture take was with ease and spoke with such emotion. I liked theco.olexity and the underlining of how everything unfolded.

V/ CIMM for an overall smoother outcome and clean cut across the verse tbe. Nothing negative just a personal preference.
